What Makes Us Special
Coco Apricot Crème Wax

This is a decadent, rich wax that melts like butter. It’s one of the cleanest burning waxes out there.
What’s remarkable about this wax is that it holds fragrance unbelievably well. Whereas most soy waxes require 10 - 12% fragrance to be added to them to produce the desired effect, this Coco Apricot Crème wax only requires 6%. This means no headaches, no chemical smells, and a highly effect hot throw (the strength of fragrance while the candle is burning).

How often have you purchased a soy candle only to have tunneling (a rim of wax around the inside of the candle that won’t melt), a weak melt pool or the wax appearing crackled or “dented”.
Our candles have an even burn the entire duration of the burn, there’s no tunneling, and they continue to have a beautiful, smooth top.
High Quality Materials

We use high quality wooden wicks that are individually inspected for each and every candle to ensure that they will meet our standards. They have a lovely crackle sound that we all know and love about wooden wicks.
Mica is a mineral and it is usually found in makeup to create a shimmer effect. The raw mineral has a dark history and is associated with child labor and child death. We strictly used synthetic mica, which is ethically sourced, to meet our standards. We also use our platform to bring awareness to this issue to hopefully bring an end to how this mineral is mined.

We strive to only use recyclable and reusable materials at all times. The glass we use can be used for cocktails, containers or for water glasses! Use them however you like.
We also chose our labels so they would be very easy and clean to remove. The only sticker that will require a bit of work is the warning label on the bottom.
We carefully select every single material or item for every aspect of our company to be kind to our Earth and each other.
Dedicated Towards Self-Care

We have 4 categories for our main collections; Air, Water, Spirit & Earth. These were intentionally selected to address each aspect of the whole person. These names are fun and also to serve as a reminder to remain mindful of our ourselves and each other.
Each collection also serves as a way we categorize our fragrances and we match each fragrance with their collections with care and purpose.

You might wonder why we chose the names we did for our candles. We wanted each candle name to reflect a self-care activity or nostalgia.
Our “In Love” candle is not about being in love with someone else, but instead about falling in love with yourself.
“Walk In The Woods” is your reminder to take your beautiful self outdoors and soak up some nature and sun.
Everything we do at Ritual Candle Co. is intentional and geared towards self-care.
